Pet care experience
I grew up on a family farm in Northwestern North Carolina, with many dogs, cats, and other animals that I was responsible for taking care of. I am a Private Pilot and an Eagle Scout. I also have experience taking care of freshwater fish, as I have a couple freshwater fish tanks of my own. I have a black and white polydactyl cat that I love named Mittens!

I asked Jake to check on Rambo, my Bouvier, when I was going away and it was going to storm. Rambo is extremely afraid of storms. Jake went above and beyond what I asked him to do. He checked on him several times and actually stayed and spent time with him. Jake is an extremely mature, responsible, dependable person and I would highly recommend him to Rover.com. I am a college student and Air Force ROTC Cadet attending Penn State University, but I am home for the summer, and I've got plenty of time that I would love to spend looking after pets. Other than some weekends and a few other weeks this summer where I have plans, I should be open to care for your dog(s) and/or cat(s) almost anytime!
