I have lived with dogs my entire life, my family and I have now raised 3. Our first was a chocolate lab, then I got my own black lab, and now we have an English Setter. All of our dogs have been very well trained and love to go bird hunting when they can. The English Setter (Abbie) is very high energy so I have experience dealing with the constant walks needed to keep them happy. I served in the Peace Corps for two years in Ghana where I worked with animals everyday. I had my own dog while I was there named Yossarian. My time with my beloved Yoss was cut short as he passed away before I left the country. Since I have returned I have moved to the Chicago area from my home state of Oregon and I would love to be able to interact with some pups again! I have 3 Guinea Pigs of my own, but I need to see some big furry faces to stay happy :) I work during the week from 8 to 5 M - F but any time outside of that I am free.
