Jake has a genuine passion for dogs. You can tell that he strives to give the best possible care for each individual dog, no matter the dog’s needs. He is a great listener; he paid attention to every request I made. He is also great at communicating. I never doubted my dog was in great care, because he sent me updates and pictures. By the end of his stay, my dog didn’t want to leave. He had such a great time. Overall, Jake truly cares about every animal, and makes sure to exceed every expectation.
