Jake was fantastic! We were very nervous to leave our dog for a month, but Jake did a great job at making us feel comfortable and cared for our pup like he was his own. Our dog really likes him and seemed very happy upon arriving back home. He kept us updated multiple times a day with pictures, which put us at ease seeing how happy they were. He left the house as clean as it was when we left. Jake went above and beyond in going out of his way to help out when we had an emergency on our trip and had to come home early, he helped us get a refund for the part of our trip we did not use with out us even having to ask. We will definitely be requesting him when we need Rover services in the future!

I had never left my dog alone and left the state while other family members were not around to take care of him so I was a bit apprehensive. Upon meeting Jake, I immediately felt relieved. He is very knowledgeable and responsible. I feel confident that my dog had a great time with Jake. Thank you Jake for a job well done!
