Pet care experience
I’ll take your dog wherever! Swimming, trail runs, dog park, it’s all fair game :) I’ve had the same dog (a handsome black lab) for over 10 years, and my family and I have loved and cared for him ever since. He’s an avid swimmer and loves sticking his nose into wherever we’ll let him. I’ve taken care of dogs and houses for friends and family around town, and I am mostly looking to expand and make a little more money doing what I enjoy anyway! I’m largely available over the next few months, except for a part time job but that’s only about 3-4 shifts a week with flexible hours. Jake did a great job with our babies!! They really seemed to love his company and I was not worried or stressed about leaving them alone for several days. I would have Jake back to my home anytime!!
Jake is awesome. He came to walk Wrango when it was pouring rain. He was diligent in putting Wrango’s rain coat on. He also dried him off and made sure Wrango was good to go. Jake is great and I highly recommend him to you!!!!!! I qq l
Jake is great! Very sweet young man and responds very quickly. Perfect for getting my puppy accustomed to being around men.
Jake was great! Our dogs loved him. He was very responsive and we had no concerns about leaving our dogs with him. He treated our house well, cleaned up after himself, and even left us a handwritten note. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

No breed preferences, and I don’t mind visiting/walking more than one dog at a time! I've seen and cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes, and a wide range of personalities as well.
A typical day
Around the Annapolis area, I love to take the dogs walking around downtown, in Quiet Waters park, or wherever they are comfortable! As the weather gets warmer I also love taking the swimming-type dogs for a splash!

Availability
Working part-time at a Physical Therapy clinic nearby. My shifts are flexible, so I can usually come by whenever is needed! I am usually an early-riser, so I'm happy to walk pups in the morning, and however often is needed. Caring for pets is like second nature, and another exciting part of the day!
