We are a dog loving family - my husband and I have a 7 year old girl - and we have always had multiple dogs. Recently two of our older dogs, a rat terrier and a schnauzer, passed on to doggy heaven leaving us with just one dog, Bolt, a Chihuahua. Bolt needs friends to play with. Bolt is a very friendly, playful and sweet 8 year old Chihuahua. He is not your typical Chihuahua! He loves other dogs and people and is very mellow. My daughter loves Bolt and plays a lot with him and she is very good with all dogs. Everyone in our extended family has multiple dogs, some little and some BIG! We work from home so we are mostly home all day every day. We have a medium size doggy door to our fenced in back yard which has grass and a cement patio so dogs can lay in the sun or the shade. We live in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac, perfect for taking walks with the dogs.
