I'm the typical dog mama. I have two dogs of my own; Gus, a lovable, needy, sometimes grouchy old man (Yorkipoo, 8 years old), and Leonard, an anxious, mama's boy, who loves cuddles (Schnauzer mix, 7 years old). I fostered through Secondhand Hounds for years and am quite literally obsessed with dogs. I treat them like children, and spoil them rotten. Many walks a day, fully fenced yard to run and play, and all the snuggles you can get. They love to go to the dog park, play fetch, learn new tricks, and cuddle up on the couch. I work from home during the day, and on sight for a few hours, a few weeknights a week. I allow my dogs to sleep on the bed with me, and would do the same for any dog coming into my home! But if they sleep in a kennel, that's cool too.
