Pet care experience
I’ve had experience looking after animals for the past 10 years, first with guineapigs and then cats and dogs. I have always enjoyed looking after the pets of friends and family, and getting to know their individual personalities and I still offer my time when I can. This is usually for short periods of time up to a few days and includes walks, playtime, hygiene upkeep and medical care. I would say I love both dogs and cats, so I’m quite happy to look after either! I currently own 3 guineapigs at my home. For the last two years I’ve had a dog (shichon), though he now stays with my sister and I still pet sit at times!

I have a spacious apartment, and close access to a nearby dog park for exercise. Please let me know if they have any additional needs or issues. As I work from home I can be flexible and adapt to your pets’ individual requirements to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Please note, I do have guineapigs at my home, so I concentrate mainly on pet sitting or dog walking at your location. I would only board at my location if your cat/dog is calm and comfortable with other small animals to avoid any stress. If you’re confident this is the case with your pet please do let me know!

A typical day
I will do my best to stimulate your dog physically and mentally. We can play games, practise commands/try to learn new commands, or go for long walks in the park! (For cats we can also play either games or have a relaxed atmosphere if they prefer!)

Availability
As I work from home, I will be able to adjust to your pets needs whether they require more attention (if they are happy to receive it), or if they need their space! I’m happy to give potty breaks, walks, playtime- whatever they need. I’m available for pet sitting and dog walks on weekdays and weekends.
