I got my first puppy at 9 and was required to care for/train her solo, from training to feeding to bathing and walking. Since then I have raised and trained (yes trained) ducklings, chicks, 2 kittens and 3 puppies from babyhood to full grown. I love all animals, I’ve seen the worst and the best and sincerely love any chance to spend time with them!

There are very few people I trust with my large and sometimes hyper-active puppy with, and Jaime is top of that list. Jaime treats all dogs and pets like they are her own - with love, care, walks, lots of play, and firm but tender discipline if/when needed. She is the type of person that goes out of her way to “run into” a dog on a walk to give scratches if welcomed and genuinely asks about her new dog-friend. Anyone who chooses to leave their pet with Jaime should be at ease knowing what good hands they are in.

Ultimately in someone else’s home, I follow their standards but in where I was raised, the pets are our babies. While each are well trained - they are on our beds and on our couches, they’re constantly played with, well fed and fawned over (with the occasional test of their training,) but I definitely was raised to really love on my pets. I would say I am more of a disciplinarian than how my parents were, it comes from raising all of our puppies myself growing up - I do like to enforce their training when I can but I’ve been very lucky with good, well adjusted pets of all shapes and sizes.

I work from home with a very flexible schedule, and I since I can work from anywhere it’s easy for me to houses it or run out and take them on walks! Or clean up any unexpected mezz
