Pet care experience
I have about 30 years of dog experience. I have always had dogs in my home and love having them as pets. My dogs have always been a part of my family and are friendly, happy and healthy. I have volunteered at rescue shelters, taken care of them in a farm like setting and cared for puppies and rescue dogs in my own home. We have a two year old rescue dog named Athena and she is such an amazing addition to our family. I enjoy seeing our dog interact with my two young children. My two year old daughter absolutely loves her and other dogs and is crazy about them! We enjoy going on walks, drives, trips to the park and snuggling with our fur baby.

Jaime is an angel. She and her adorable family welcomed our pup with open arms and treated him as if he were a member of their family. I had a lot of anxiety leaving my pupper for the first time since we got him. She immediately eased all my worries and left me without a doubt that Roscoe would be well taken care of and loved and cuddled as much as he is at home. We got photos everyday, along with sweet detailed updates. Jaime and her family will always be my go-to for when we have to be out of town. Thank you Jaime for allowing Roscoe to be treated and loved at your house just as much as he is at home with us!!
Jaime is a wonderful dog sitter! Our dog Grizley even got to sleep on her bed and was perfectly happy being in Jaime's home with her young kids and her dog. I would definitely like to know whether or not a dog is sociable around children and other dogs. If the dog was staying overnight would it need to be crated or does the dog sleep wherever it likes? Would there be any medical attention needed like medication or special care? And as far as breeds go, since we do have a baby and a toddler, I could only host kid friendly, medium size dogs and smaller.
A typical day
We enjoy leisurely neighborhood walks. We also enjoy trips to the dog park to socialize with other dogs. Drives around the city are a fun way for Athena to get out of the house and see what’s going on! We love playing fetch, playing with the kids and earning fun treats to eat!
