I’m Jahanara. I absolutely adore every dog I care for and consider them to be a part of my family. I want to make sure pups are loved when their owners are away because I know how worrisome it can be to leave a pet with someone else. I’m a compassionate, friendly, and dedicated person and I want to spoil and cuddle with canines as much as I can. I’ve been around pups my whole life and sometimes prefer them to human beings! I grew up with 17 Dachshunds and used to take in a lot of strays as a teenager. My father bred dogs, and when he sold the first puppy, I cried for a week. My big heart led us to keep all the puppies, and my love and passion for canines continued. I love pet sitting for my friends and always watch after my neighbors’ dogs at any chance I can get. They are such beautiful creatures who live such short lives—I just want to make them feel loved and happy. In addition to Dachshunds, I’ve owned Maltipoos and Yorkies in the past. My current pooch is a sweet little Maltese. I live with my husband who is equally as passionate about animals as I am. He grew up with dogs and is great with our pup. He’s such a loving person and is very dedicated and passionate about our furry friends. I work from home, so I’ll be with your pet all day. I’m a real homebody and like hanging out with my dog and husband most of the time. I also enjoy cooking and going for long walks. We live in a duplex with a big fenced-in backyard. Our home is comfortable, and our furry guests are always welcome to cozy up on the furniture.
