I have a dog of my own who lives with me but I’m looking to care for someone else’s dog without my dog being present!

I like to know if dogs have diet restrictions, to make sure I am maintaining their diet even when their owners are away. It’s also good to know if the dogs have anything that I can do to make them more comfortable around me.
A typical day
Most of the dogs I watch as well as my own are very calm dogs. But I do like to take dogs outside and play with them. Normally when I go outside with dogs, I like to bring their favorite toy and throw it for them to help engage them while being outside. I have no been able to take any of the dogs I watch to a special place with me but me and my dog love walking around garden of the gods on a calm day.
