As a credentialed pet professional and local business owner, I often wear a lot of hats and have different jobs that need done. Whether it's customer service or substitute teaching one of my puppy classes, Jade is willing to help pick up my slack and does an absolute rock star job at it! Jade is great with all dogs I've requested she meet. She takes initiative where necessary and is always willing to ask for advice if something seems off. I'm very picky when it comes to people handling my dogs, and I would absolutely trust her with mine.

Jade helps to break parents of their old habits of harsher discipline-based training methods in an educational fashion that is in no way shaming. She is a wealth of knowledge on training and behavior modification in dogs and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to help their pup learn manners, tricks, or to just have fun and strengthen the bond with their fur baby. Now that I know she has opened up her services to include pet sitting, I'll be sure to book her to look after our girl when we go away and can't take pets along.
