I have 100% trust and confidence in Jade. She always does great with Teddy and does what she commits to.

I would have given 0 stars, but Rover said I have to have at least one. I paid for overnight pet sitting at my house and it was understood she was supposed to stay the night. She did not stay at my house. I told her the dogs are usually in their crates for only 4-5 hours before they have to go outside. Jade said she comes home for lunch every day, so that wouldn’t be a problem. And she said my house was only a few minutes from where she worked. I checked my Ring camera, alarm log, and basement camera on the dogs and noticed Jade was only coming to the house every 12 hours. One day she went over 15 hours and that’s when I decided to have someone get my dogs and cancel Jade in the middle of my trip. She said she didn’t feel comfortable in my house, which is immaculately kept and in a quiet neighborhood. She didn’t tell me she was not spending the night until confronted. She said she got busy with work and that’s why she left the dogs in their crates for over 15 hours. I left her several of my neighbors’ phone numbers and even introduced her to one of my neighbors, but she didn’t contact any of them. I will be filing a complaint with Rover for a refund
