Jade was absolutely fantastic with Milo, providing regular updates throughout his stay. When we dropped Milo off, Jade was attentive in hearing about his needs and made sure they were catered for. Fully recommend Jade and will book her services again!

I cannot recommend Jade highly enough. Jade took care of both of our dogs for 2 weeks over the holidays and I feel so grateful and lucky she was able to take them. First, she clearly adores dogs (and they clearly love her too) She was on the ground playing games with Lexi, our puppy, right away and gave Lucy, our older dog, lots of comforting hugs and cuddles. She is incredibly organised, trustworthy, and communicative. Our dog Lucy developed an eye problem and needed to get to the emergency vet and Jade went above and beyond to care for Lucy. She rented a car, drove 2 hours early in the morning to the optomologist vet and took incredible notes from the doctor regarding Lucy’s medicine and treatment. She replied within minutes to us and kept us calm during a really scary experience not being able to be with our dog. I felt like she treated them as her own dogs and did everything to make them feel loved and safe. She goes above and beyond what you normally expect, and I hope my doggies can stay with their fairy dog-mother Jade again soon!
