Didn’t communicate her other obligations with me (school/whatever other reason they kept leaving). My 3 dogs stayed in their kennels for hours on end, barking non-stop. My neighbor ended up calling me concerned, because she knew we had a “house sitter” for what was supposed to be three days and she could hear my dogs from outside my house. She also showed up late, and had a man (I don’t know who he is) do most of the work. My 7 month old puppy’s kennel smelled like pee so I’m assuming he had an accident from being in there for hours. We had to cut our anniversary trip short and drive through the middle of the night to get home because of how uncomfortable we were. There was no communication from her end. Thank God we had cameras. Who knows what could have happened. Only positive is she refunded most of our money.
