dog lover through and through
I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember,growing up with three family dogs in Spain—a Cocker Spaniel,a Papillon,and a Spanish street mix. Since then, I’ve cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes,from a tiny Toy Poodle to a Spanish Mastiff,giving me experience with a range of breeds personalities and needs. Most recently,I cared for my rescue Dachshund Lola which gave me valuable experience with rescue dogs and understanding the patience and consistency they often need to thrive. I’m the person who will always find the dog at any social gathering and I genuinely treat every dog as if they were my own. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me and over the years I’ve volunteered at animal rescues.Working with many different types of animals ranging from owls to foxes. I work as a carer on a shift pattern, which means I have plenty of time off. This gives me lots of flexibility to provide walks and plenty of fuss and attention rather than leaving dogs alone for long periods. I’ve recently moved into my own house.I have a secure fenced garden with both patio and grass, and I’m just a two minute walk from large open fields that are perfect for walks and playtime. There are currently no other pets in my home, so your dog will have my full attention. While I’d love a dog of my own, my current lifestyle and work pattern mean I can’t make the long-term commitment one deserves. Instead, I’d love to pour all that love,care,and energy into looking after your dog, making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. I also love taking photos, so you can expect plenty of updates and pictures, giving you peace of mind and letting you see all the fun we’ve been having together! I am DBS checked and hold a full clean UK driving liscence.

Your pet’s safety, happiness and comfort will always be my top priority. When pets stay in my home i treat them as if they were part of my own family. They’ll receive plenty of love, attention and play time while making sure they feel safe and settled in a calm environment. When caring for pets in their own home,m I understand how important routine is. I always aim to keep their normal schedule as consistent as possible. Including meal times, walks, playtime, and bedtime. Staying in their familiar environment and maintaining their usual routine helps reduce stress and makes your time away much easier for them. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions, whether that’s administering medication, reinforcing training, avoiding certain triggers, or simply sticking to the little habits that make your pet feel comfortable. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.

Jade was fantastic from start to finish. She was warm, friendly and clearly passionate about dogs, which made us feel completely at ease leaving Lexi in her care. We received regular updates throughout the day with photos, and every one of Lexi's care instructions was followed perfectly. It was also lovely to see how quickly Jade built a bond with Lexi, who was clearly happy and comfortable with her. Jade looked after our dog Bailey overnight and it was a great success. Bailey loved her and Jade was great in looking after her, walking her and playing with her. She was totally trustworthy and I would be very happy to choose her again. Thanks Jade!
Jade is a loving and caring person and this truly reflects when looking after my 3 dogs (cocker spaniel, maltese poodle and poodle, so a handful!), showing them affection where possible and looking out for them even when they can be mischievous. Very easy to talk to and understood instructions that were given to her when looking after my dogs. My dogs were always happy to see her and their excitement still glows months after not seeing her, this should show what a good person she to undertake the care of other dogs.
Jade is a close family friend and one of the only people i would trust with my dog Mercedes. She is a rescue and does not get along well with many people but Jade is always patient with her and has massively gained her trust. There are times where we both walk through the door and Cedes would rather go and greet Jade than come and see me. I love watching the bond and relationship they have together and i could reccomend her to anyone!

Schedule
As a shift worker, i update my availability within the app months ahead. This means once i am home, there are no work interruptions and i can dedicate my undivided attention to your pet.
