Pet care experience
Hi my name is Jada! I originally hail from Southern California but I moved to Northern Virginia 6 years ago with my family. Today, I work at an animal welfare non profit and have the luxury of having a hybrid schedule. One of my favorite things about living in this area is taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors and getting outside. My passion for animals and my love of the outdoors has led me to Rover! Throughout my life I have constantly been surrounded by animals. Dogs, cats, rats, alpacas, horses! You name it and I have probably had the responsibility of taking care of one. I have an extremely flexible schedule and am prepared to make your pet a priority. If you have any question please feel free to reach out!

Jada took care of our 5 animals (3 cats and 2 dogs) and our house while we were on a week long vacation. We came home to find happy animals and a tidy house. We will definitely hire Jada again!
Jada is responsive when contacted and is usually game to take care of anything you ask her to do (e.g. water plants, feed fish) while she’s in your home. We’ve used her twice now and she’s very sweet but not very communicative. When asked about our pets she says they’re doing well but sometimes misses details that I feel are important to be shared such as our pets not eating well or somethings off. I trust Jada to take care of the basics and a few extras, I’m sure with time she’ll become a better sitter as long as she begins paying closer attention and more proactively communicates.
Jada saved me when I had to leave town last minute. She was very kind and played with and took good care of my cat. She was great about updating and sending pictures as well.
Jada was amazing! Will hire her again and again!

A typical day
Walks and runs are my favorite things to do with dogs! I love getting outdoors (and usually so do the pups) so taking advantage of the parks/trails nearby is always fun.

I have an extremely flexible schedule so I really rely on clients to establish a schedule. I will say that I am more of a morning person so early walks are my favorite!
