Hi Thank you for visiting my profile! My name is Jada J. I am a grad student at George Mason University. I am striving to become an elementary educator and am looking to make extra money to pay for my student loans. I also am also an officer in the Reserves for the Army. I have spent a lot of time watching family member pets and am extra careful to take care of your family friend. I have been on Rover for several years now and I enjoy taking dogs out to walk and run. I also enjoy cat friends as well! I am very patient and attentive to detail when watching all pets. I LOVE and have worked with puppies, injured dogs, shy cats, older dogs, and high energetic dogs, shy cats, friendly cats, sleepy cats, and chatty cats! I have nothing but love, time, and attention to give all pets as if they were my own. Because I am currently interning at an Elementary School full time, I have to schedule visits around my work hours and mainly weekends so please feel free to message me with any questions, concern, and times that work best for you and I will respond as soon as I can. Jada is a wonderful dog sitter. Our girls love her and we know they are in good hands while we are gone! She has stayed with them multiple times and each time has sent updates and arrived punctually. She’s also respectful of our home and takes good care to leave things in a decent manner. We highly recommend her as your sitter!
Jada was amazing! She took great care of our mismatched boys (Old dog/young dog) and they were so happy and looked great when we got home. During our meet and greet the boys LOVED her and that immediately made me feel better about having to travel! Our old man Felix had to be switched to a senior kibble the week before our trip and his tummy was not entirely on board, but Jada was super kind about it. She even graciously unpacked a delivery of frozen dog food that arrived after we had already left. She sent pictures and updates about the boys that helped ease my separation anxiety! I highly recommend Jada!
Jada was amazing! This was our first time leaving our now very attached cat (thank you, pandemic) alone for the weekend and Jada was a dream. Clover was so well cared for and we received great pics of them enjoying their time together, of her clean litter box, and full food dishes. Jada was also extremely attentive. When Clover didn't eat all her food, Jada checked in to make sure it was normal for her. I so appreciated Jada's thoughtfulness and care for my fur child :). 10/10 would book again!
I had a great experience with Jada. She was so friendly and sweet to my cat, Louie. He warmed right up to her and I got a lot of great pictures when I was away. Will definitely book again!

When outside I always keep fur friends on leashes. When we walk past people or other dogs I keep the dog as close to me as possible to avoid any negative interactions with other dogs. We only walk on sidewalks or grassy fields and only cross the street at designated cross walks and lights. When inside the home, I ensure to follow all house rules established by you!!

I have a lot of experience with older and impaired dogs. I understand they require special love and patience. I am a gentle caretaker but also can keep up with your fur friends if they need someone who is high energy and can handle larger sizes.
A typical day
A typical day includes long walks, trips to local parks, and many belly rubs. I am prepared to do any specified tasks your dog may required such as giving medication, brushing hair, etc. Everything is done with care and caution. I love cats but understand they may have very unique personalities and some patience when it comes to play time. We can take it as fast or slow with play time as a fur friend needs.

Availability
I currently am interning full time at an Elementary School Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:20am. Additionally, I have class Monday nights from 4:30pm to 7:10pm. I am the best person for you if you would like to schedule a walk/visit between the hours of 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday and have open availability on the weekends for any preferred visit.
