I grew up with a variety of animals on our family ranch such as dogs, pigs, chickens, and cows and I volunteered and fostered both cats and dogs through APA. Close friends have also trusted and relied on me to house sit while they travel for work or are on vacation.

Jacundo was a fantastic sitter for our dog Piper! He is great at sending updates, pictures and videos. Piper warmed up to him immediately. We will definitely have Jacundo watch Piper again.
Jacundo was simply amazing. After our first meetup, I was completely confident in his ability to care for our dogs like they were his own. He was very receptive to every detail for our two dogs. I didn't think I would be so at peace with leaving our dogs for Thanksgiving, but Jacundo made it a breeze. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is on the fence about hiring the rover. He will do an amazing job, leave your house cleaner than you left it, and give your pets the love they deserve. He is simply the best!
Jacundo was excellent! He stayed at our house to take care of my kitty while we were away for over a week. He seemed like such a sweet guy, and apparently my cat thought so as well! My kitty doesn’t really like most people other than my partner and I, and it takes a LONG time for him to warm up to new people including house/pet sitters, if he warms up to them at all. But he was on Jacundo’s lap on day 1 and purring/cuddling by a couple days in, which is super fast for my cat! Jacundo must be some kind of cat-whisperer or something, but either way I’ll definitely be booking him for my kitty-sitting again (and again). My cat was noticeably relaxed when I got home so I could tell that he was getting lots of love from Jacundo and therefore didn’t get lonely as he often does when we go away. Jacundo also sent plenty of regular updates and photos/videos to give me peace of mind that all was well, and left the house in good/clean condition after his stay. Super happy with Jacundo and highly recommend!
Jacundo is fabulous! He not only pampered my cat and dog, but he left my home immaculate. He updated me on the animals while I was away, and followed their routine. I could tell how well they were cared for by how happy and content they were when I got home. Jacundo will definitely be my go to for pet and house sitting. Thank you, Jacundo!

Such as territorial when being fed or when new people come to the home, reactivity around other animals, nauseous during car rides, or if they need to be picked up to use the restroom, stimulated to use the restroom, or any of the sort.
A typical day
I love to spend outdoor times with my favorite furry friends! We’ll play outdoor games, find a nice place to run, or just do some light walking to release our energy.

Availability
I work full-time for the state and currently work from home! I can take breaks when needed to go on walks, have play time, and meet most needs without an issue. I am also an avid walker/runner myself so this is already part of my normal routine.
