Hi there, I'm Jacqui! I am a life long dog lover and owner. having recently retired from a career as a nurse I am offering home dog boarding . I live in the beautiful South Cambridgeshire countryside with my 2 year old Irish Terrier, Bilbo. We have a large secure garden and beautiful walks on our doorstep. My aim is to offer a country holiday experience for your dog while you are away. Our house is very dog friendly with lots of toys, a paddling pool and a fountain for when it gets hot. The dogs are walked twice a day usually half an hour in the morning and at least an hour in the afternoon or early evening if it is hot. I only board one dog at a time so that I have plenty of time for our visiting friends. I am new to Rover but have lots of experience caring for friend`s dogs in my home. This was our young (10 month) Labrador Maisie's first ever day care and Jacqui & Bilbo looked after her very well! Maisie was able to settle in easily and had a couple of good walks during the day. Will definitely call on Jacqui's doggy day care again!
I’m delighted to have found Jacqui - Milo was very well looked after and had an active day - came home happy and tired. Looking forward to him spending more time with Jacqui and Bilbo.
Jacqui went out of her way to make sure our puppy was well looked after and cared for. On returning for a second visit Lyla was visibly excited to be going back and spending time with Jacqui and her lovely dog, Bilbo. We had lots of pictures during her stay so we could see how happy she was. Thank you so much - we will be booking her in with you again soon.
Jacqui is absolutely lovely. She looked after our boy Brian, a 9 month old lab, recently for a couple of days. It was a challenge for us to leave a young doggy with someone new, I was really worried, but I have to say Brian had the best of time with Jacqui and Bilbo! So many games, walkies and even a swimming session! At night when Brian didn’t settle, Jacqui slept with him in the sitting room on the couch so that he didn’t feel too lonely! I am forever grateful ❤️ Just brilliant ❤️ we have already booked Brian’s second stay with Jacqui in a couple of months x
