I grew up with family dogs. I have experience house sitting and dog/cat siting for multiple friends. One friend has two large dogs that enjoy walks and ball throwing in the back yard. I've also cared for aging dogs who require a lot of attention and medications, so I am comfortable giving pills. I work from home (or wherever there is internet) 8am-4:30pm most of the week, so I can easily housesit or petsit. If necessary I can do drop-in visits during my lunch break depending on the location of your dog. I live in Berthoud and I commute to Boulder for work 2 days per week. Thanks for reading! My dog, Daisy, had separation anxiety. She didn't enjoy being approached by or the company of other dogs so she needed a compassionate, responsible dog-walker and in-house, overnight sitter like Jacqui. As Daisy aged, she required medicines and extra attention. I was so thankful to have Jacqui stay with her because I knew she'd ensure Daisy's needs were met as much as I would if I were there. Jacqui is a kind, caring, thoughtful sitter that let me be gone without guilt or worry. Priceless!
I knew Jacqui first as a co-worker before I asked her to stay in my home and take care of my pets. I knew here as a responsible, trustworthy, loving person first, and I made a great choice asking her to house/pet sit. I have photographic evidence of very happy pets while I was gone, and I will ask Jacqui first every time I need a pet/house sitter. She is amazing and I trust her completely.

I have a fenced backyard and a 3 year old golden retriever. I can frequently give backyard ball throws and sniff breaks. I usually do a longer walk with my dog at 12 and can fit in other walks that fit with your dog’s schedule.

A typical day
Typically I start by giving breakfast, then we go to the backyard for a play session and potty. Sometimes we go for a walk around the neighborhood. At lunch we do about an hour walk. Dinner is around 6 followed by more backyard time and play session

Availability
I work from home most of the week, or wherever there is internet and I rarely have work meetings, so I can pet sit easily and provide a lot of time with the dog(s). I typically go into the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
