Pet care experience
Hey there! Our names are Jacquelynn & Graden, and we LOVE animals! Being pet owners ourselves, we have extensive experience walking, grooming, feeding, playing with, and caring for pets. Our families have owned many animals over the years, from leopard geckos to sugar gliders, sowe are confident caring for all sorts of pets including cats, dogs, ferrets, birds, lizards, fish, etc. We also have experience caring for farm animals such as chickens, horses, llamas, and goats. Jacquelynn is currently attending online classes with Unity College for a degree in Animal Health and Behaviour. Additionally, she has been a volunteer at the Steven's County Cat Clinic, Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services, and has even worked with wildlife at American Heritage Wildlife Foundation in North Idaho. Graden received his Bachelor's degree in Geography and has worked with several non-profit organizations such as The Lands Council and Scotchmans Peak Wilderness.
Reviews
This was our first experience with them and everything t went great! They were great at keeping in touch with how our 10 month old pup was doing and she was very well taken care of. I would definitely use them again.
We are so pleased so get updates and to see that our girl was happy playing and eating well. It was a great experience and we feel confident she will do great here of we need it again.
MC is always so happy and healthy with Jacquelynn and Graden 😊
Jacquelynn and Graden were exceptional caregivers for our boy. Their communication was consistent and it was so nice to hear about how he was doing. They are flexible and very kind. We had zero hesitations about leaving our puppy with them and look forward to using them again!

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a house with a fenced yard big enough to get out any zoomies or extra energy. For overnight boarding we have three LARGE (48") crates, allowing us to accommodate a boarding set-up of up to 3 dogs a night. For the safety of your pet(s) they will be crated at night and anytime we are unable to keep a close watch on them (When we are cooking or eating for example). We both work from home and are up early in the morning to start our shifts. If your pet(s) are NOT crate trained, our home is not a good fit for overnight boardings. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you tell us if your pet has aggression issues as we often board pets from different families at the same time. 🐾 If you choose to drop off your pets for day care or boarding services, they will spend the day with us outside in the yard and in "The Pet Parlor" (our office). They will not have access to the main dwelling areas of our home as we have an elderly cat that we try to keep as stress-free as possible. Our top priority is the care & comfortability of your friends! In allowing us to care for your pet(s), we will ensure that they have fresh water, get ample amounts of supervised potty breaks, receive medications on time, etc. But most importantly, we guarantee that your pets will be showered in love and affection. You, as the pet parent, will also have peace of mind receiving updates and pictures throughout the day to show how your friends are doing while in our care. We ask that you please bring anything that your pets may need for their stay. Enough food, collar/harness, etc. We have the following items available for use during the boarding, but some people prefer to supply their own... • Dog crates • Dog beds • Dog food/water bowls • Leashes • Toys (tennis balls, tug of war ropes, etc.) • Treats (I reward with Plato Small Bites Duck, Salmon, and Lamb flavoured treats) 🐾

Information Jacquelynn & Graden F. would like to know about your pet
We would like to know if your pets feeding instructions are (amount of food, time of day, etc.) We would need to know if your pet is on any medications and what the instruction for their medicine is as well. Lastly, please let us know if your dog has any behavioural issues (food aggression, aggression towards other animals, toy possessiveness, tries to escape from yards/enclosures etc.).
A typical day
We like to bring dogs on walks around the neighbourhood or to a local park for sensory stimulation. Our neighbours are all very kind and love seeing the pups on our walks or in our yard. For mental stimulation, we like to play fetch, tug of war, provide enrichment activities, etc.
