Pet care experience
Hey there! So I grew up always being around dogs and different animals (parrots, cats, rabbits, chickens, ferrets, hamsters, rats, snakes, etc). My mom knew me for always bringing home a different animal whether I rescued it or if it was a gift. I'd instantly fall in with the little cuties. Most recently, I rescued a little lady chihuahua. I found her while I was on my daily run one afternoon injured on the sidewalk. We were able to nurse her back to stable health but unfortunately she only lasted a year longer with us. We came to love her so much. Some of our other cuties we've had have been a maltese named Angel, total sweetheart. Fluffy our Pomeranian. Moxely a Chesapeake bay retriever. My boyfriend, also comes from a family that grew up with multiple golden retrievers. We really love and care for dogs! We would love to have one of our own but since we travel, we've decided its best to wait for the right time. We have a little gal named Charlie, a cavalier king charles spaniel that we occasionally sit when her parents are away on vacation/business. We would love to take care of your buddy!!! Our availability is pretty open and flexible. I’m a dental hygienist- work t/th/fri occasionally m/w. My boyfriend is a dentist so his schedule varies. Typically one of us is home depending on our schedules. Our apartment may not be huge but it is sure cozy! We have an awesome L couch and some space to let the dogs roam around in the living room/bedrooms! I LOVE going on walks so that would be a fun activity I'm sure they would enjoy as well as going to the park and playing some fetch. So yup thats me, jackie, a awesome fun caring dog lover!! Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover since as long as I can remember! Grew up with dogs as a little girl and always trying rescuing them :) Meet my pets Unfortunately we have no pets of our own at the moment :( About my yard Unfortunately, since we live in an apartment we do not have our "own" backyard however, the city is our backyard! My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication pills.

TL;DR: Book Jacquelynn! She's amazing, and your pup will be part of the fam and go on epic adventures. Full review: I needed a last-minute sitter to watch my Golden Retriever, Harlow, for 11(!) days, and I lucked out booking Jacquelynn, who I had not used before. I messaged her less than a week before I needed to book her, and she was super responsive and helpful. During Harlow's stay, Jacquelynn and her boyfriend, Greg, gave Harlow what was probably the best week of her life. Every day was a new adventure -- I got pictures of a grinning Harlow at Gas Works, Pickwick Pub, a few dog parks, hanging on the patio grabbing a beer ;), and even adventuring on the light rail. And, before the week with Jacquelynn and Greg, Harlow had NOT been a fan of the water...but Greg spent some time with her at Magnuson Park and now she loves splashing around and fetching balls thrown into Lake Washington. I love that she trusted her new parents enough to try something that'd always scared her. And, at home, Harlow got to snuggle on the couch with Jacquelynn and Greg, crash in bed with them and tear out the stuffing of her toys all over the place -- they welcomed her like family and let her live her best life. I couldn't have asked for more from someone taking care of Harlow!
Great sitter for Godot and Bernie again and again. Can’t recommend enough!
Jacquelynn was super sweet and took care of my dog Sheba while I was on a long trip overseas. I knew she was in good hands, and pick up and drop off was easy. Thanks Jacquelynn!

Is you dog friendly, aggressive, social (just a little about him/her)? No breed, preferences. Dog must not be a constant barker (you know what I'm talking about), must be potty trained, and well-behaved. I do this because I love dogs (Rover doesn't pay my bills!), please be considerate we will have a great time with your dog! Please include cleaning supplies if dog has been known to have accidents, please be responsible, extra charge possible if damage caused. Check in time is best done in the mornings/evenings (just having good communication works) Check out time is best in the morning/evenings (just having good communication works)
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Since we live in the U district, either around the campus/burke gilman trail or at gas works park or if its a weekend we love to go hiking all over the state! We would love to take your dog on an adventure. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Most likely with us if he or she is a cuddler, or else the couch is comfy or a cozy pillow/blanket combo on the floor also works :)! Pretty much where ever the babe wants to sleep. Time I'll spend with your dog Depends on the day (if I have work) but 24/7 (if not working) :D!!
