Independently insured for the services offered and more. Having grown up with a beautiful Alsatian Roxy, I have always grown up loving dogs and cats. Since I was about 11 I would regularly take the family dog for walks throughout the day as well as helping to put her meals together. Since sadly losing our dog to old age my partner and I have dog-sat for family and friends. Now living in a house with a spacious garden my partner Blair and I regularly take care of his family's dog a gorgeous Boxer-Staffy cross, and our local friend's dog, a Cockapoo. We've also helped our neighbours out, feeding and checking in on their cats. We see all animals as beautiful creatures that deserve to be loved and played with. Having both been brought up with larger dogs we are confident in handling all size dogs in our home and out on walks. We also both have experience with rescue dogs and understand they can get extra nervous and may require extra attention or quiet. Every dog is a bit different so we'll take the time to get to know your dog as we would a new friend. We'll of course regularly update your pets time with us with photos or videos.

Such a lovely couple, so good with our young ridgeback puppy. Really outstanding service and took the stress and worry away from leaving her. Jacqueline Jacqueline has cared for Charlie, my Staffie/ Boxer cross, many times when I’ve been abroad on holiday. I’ve found her to be reliable and trustworthy and couldn’t be happier with the care she has given. Everything always goes very smoothly and I am confident in leaving Charlie with her knowing his needs will be met. He enjoys his walks and playtime in the garden and the snuggle-ups in the evenings. Charlie always returns home healthy and happy and I have no qualms about recommending her to care for others pets.

We have a large fenced garden, neighbours on one side with a friendly smaller dog and one cat and the other neighbour has one older cat that sometimes hangs out on top of our shed. We're quite active people and would take your dogs out for at least two minimum 30 minute walks a day. We're respectful of owners walking preferences so will do our best to keep to your dogs routine. Should you be happy for your dogs to hangout on the sofa with us, we'll set up a blanket for them to get comfortable whilst we stick on a movie.

I think it is important to be aware if a dog is a rescue even if you've had the dog for a few years, they may still be uncertain about new experiences or places. We're confident to handle dogs should they not get along with another dogs. We don't have a preference on dogs breeds to care for as all are angels!
A typical day
We'll take your dog for regular walks throughout the day and do our best to stick to any routines your dog currently has. I think it is important to not only exercise your dog with walks but to play games like fetch, hide and seek or tug. Should your dog enjoy other dogs company then we'll plan walks with friends who also have dogs.

Availability
I work from home 2 days a week so happy to have dogs board from Thursday to Sunday (or to Mondays as my partner wfh full time). On weekends we regularly enjoy going for long walks in the forest or local fields so your pooches would definitely get some great walks and play time with us.
