Jacqueline is AMAZING! She recently stayed with our 80 pound shepherd/chow chow mix Loki for 8 nights. Loki has separation anxiety and tends to have a very difficult time when we are out of town. Jacs checked in with us before we left to find out Loki's routine/schedule. She was extremely diligent about knowing his habits. Not only did she make an effort to know Loki's routine, she asked about deliveries and services at the house so she could be prepared to care for our home as well as our pup. We received periodic reports including pictures and notes from Loki while we were away. It was so nice to have a proactive update. With past dog sitters, I constantly had to check in. When we returned, our home was in perfect condition and our Loki was so calm. He is typically a wreck while we are gone and I could tell he received lots of love and attention because he did not engage in any of his typical "anxious" behaviors. I highly recommend Jacs to watch your dog while you are away. I had no anxiety because I could tell from the pictures and updates that she was showering our boy with the same affection she would her own!! I could not have asked for more and could not be more impressed with Jacs' high quality service and care.

Jacqueline is such a delight! I am so thankful I can contact her to watch my black labrador retriever, Olive. It's a plus that she's my sweet neighbor too! Jacqueline sent me photos throughout the day of Olive while I was away and text message updates. She's a great professional!
