Pet care experience
Growing up, I’ve taken care of my Maltese since he was a 3 month old puppy and dog sat / hosted play dates for him and neighbors. Within the past few years in New York, I’ve also dog sat and taken care of dogs ranging from chihuahuas to golden doodles to Alaskan malamutes. I have a soft spot for dogs and have experience with young puppies and dogs with separation anxiety.

Jacqueline went above and beyond taking great care of Poppy. Poppy would take out toys to greet her, definitely enjoyed spending time with her :)
Jacqueline looked after our little pup for the weekend - apparently they had a great time together! She kept us updated and sent photos of him regularly, and it was very easy to arrange pick up and drop off.
Jacqueline is quite possibly the best person that I know with animals in general—she's raised two dogs before, both from a young age as pups. She's caring, attentive, and warmhearted, always looking for ways to make pets more comfortable and play with them. I would not hesitate for a second to hand over my small Yorkie to her if I were out on a business trip for the next two months; please let me know if I can help provide any more details on her qualifications/personality! I think Jacqueline would be an exceptionally caring and trustworthy petsitter.

A typical day
I love taking dogs outside for a good walk/ run and getting them a small treat after. Sometimes I like teaching them new tricks and playing mentally stimulating games with them. On days where weather does not permit going out for an extended period of time, I love cuddling with them on the sofa.

Availability
I currently work from home and have plenty of off time during the day to play with dogs and walk them. I live alone and stay home for 95% or the time:)
