Pet care experience
Through my years of a being an animal enthusiast I have learned that a tried dog is a good dog. We make daily excursions a top priority. From waterfront runs and swimming, to hikes and leisurely strolls in city parks; we get out and about everyday. For the last decade I was a working at the Humane Society in the popular tourist destination of Lake Tahoe where simultaneously I was a pet/house sitter with responsibilities which included but were not limited to, following strict diets, administering medications, attending vet visits, and in some cases socialization training. We have since decided that we needed a change of pace and wanted to live closer to our family. Last year we moved 10 miles north of Portland OR, since we are so close to family we rarely travel for the holidays.

Jacqueline n I had two dogs together, both large breeds that needed patience and dedication. She is very good at under standing the psychology of dogs and people alike. I have seen her help friends with their dogs as well strangers at the dog park. Even though she now lives on the opposite coast, she’d still be the first person I’d ask to dog sit for me hands down. She easily makes any dog comfortable and in doing so allows the dog to listen to her.
Jacqueline was excellent! She made my golden Gracie feel so welcome and loved -- giving her so much attention and providing a wonderful fenced in yard for Gracie to exercise her legs. She has a focus on being outside and active which is excellent for dog-sitting and Gracie came home nice and tired from a fun stay at Jacqueline's. She was flexible, friendly and reliable. Anytime I need a sitter for Gracie I will definitely be re-booking!!
Jacqueline is a very dedicated animal lover! She is great with dogs -- and i trust her with my pooch anytime. Also, she is very hard-working and great in a crisis—should there be a need for quick-thinking! Her property is great too, excellent space for dogs to roam!
Jacqueline is a responsible and caring individual. She enjoys daily physical activity which pairs well with the needs and interests of the dogs in her care. She is competent, reliable and consistent in her handling of the animals in her charge. She brings a big heart, with lots of love and petting, to the four-legged members of your family. You can relax in knowing that your best friend is well taken care of while you are out. I highly recommend Jacqueline if you are in need of quality pet sitting services.
