Dog mom of 2, and loves all dogs!

Pet care experience

My partner and I rescued two dogs, Zoey and Zayn from South Korea. As their dog mom, I'm passionate about relationship building and advocating their needs in public, dog health and confidence building through training. I love all dogs, esp. the ones that are people-shy. I regularly dog sit for family and friends, so loads of experience with dogs of all sizes! I will love your dog as if it was one of my own! I'm the auntie that has the best dog treats.

Jackie took great care of Sesame, our medium/large shepherd mix, and provided frequent updates throughout our trip. Sesame usually takes some time to warm up to new people and places, and Jackie was very attentive to Sesame's comfort and needs, especially with how Sesame was getting along with her own dogs. When we got back, it was clear to us that Sesame received the level of care and attention we were hoping for.

Jacky went above and beyond for us when we needed a long-term sitter. She together with her partner were both kind, open, communicative, responsible and very caring. She kept in touch sharing their activities together. This was an especially good experience because of their patience in understanding and handling our dog’s more reserved or aloof habits. She was trustful and we will definitely consider her again.

Jackie was so wonderful - cannot recommend enough! She is an extremely responsive, attentive, and thoughtful carer for our Oscar and Kima. Our dogs are medium/large sized and at times reactive, and she handled them with such attention and the structure they needed. She gave us plenty of updates and made us feel at ease while we were away, and even left some treats for the dogs when we got back. ☺️ Her dogs Zoey and Zayn are sweethearts as well. Highly recommend you reach out to Jackie for her services and for your ease of mind!

Jacqueline was a LIFE SAVER!! She agreed to watch my dog 2 days before my trip since my original Rover that I booked 3 weeks prior was asking to cancel. She really cares for every dog that she looks after and wants to make sure the dog has a great time! She is super trustworthy and sent lots of updates and photos. I genuinely felt like my dog was in great hands. My flight back to town was delayed and she was very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend her and would book her again if she’s available.

I have a fenced yard with fake grass, and a deck for the pups to enjoy the sun. Throughout the house we have dog gates, xpen, cots, and kennels. We never leave the dogs unsupervised, as one person will always be home. Should your dog have specific needs, please let me know so we can discuss a plan.

Information Jacqueline L. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog(s) have any food allergies and if there is specific routine in place. If you need me to upkeep basic training like commands, happy to incorporate into their schedule when staying with me.

A typical day

My dogs and I usually start our days around 7AM, with quick a potty break followed by breakfast. We practice "the art of doing nothing" and maybe fall into a little nap. We take 1-2 (structured and training) walks, around 11-12pm then 4-5pm, come back to enjoy dinner. Sometimes there's a scheduled snack time at 3pm. We end the night with a final potty break in the yard, dedicated play time with the dogs, and a bedtime treat (usually 1 bite) and everyone's off to bed (before midnight).
