I've always loved animals. My family has always had cats or dogs. I feel that a dog's energy level should be matched. That's why i believe that they shouldn't be cooped up all day with nothing to do. We have two GIANT old English bulldog puppies that love to roughhouse and play. Taking them out for walks is important so they grow to be strong and healthy dogs. We once had a Great Dane named Max who was just a small dog in a big dogs body. We also had A husky who was prone to seizures due to post adoption medical problems. I like to walk, and having a companion along side me makes the walk more worth it. Especially if they are energetic.
