This was the first time we had boarded our dog with someone other than a kennel. Jacqueline was fantastic! She understands not only the psychology of dogs but their owners as well. She understood we would feel most anxious with this new experience on the first day. She alleviated this anxiety with numerous photos and videos. She quickly understood that our dog was overly anxious and undersocialized around other dogs. We also loved her sense of humor in her text correspondence. I would unequivocally recommend Jacqueline for any away-from-home dog care needs. She is the one I will turn to first in the future, and you would be smart to do so as well.

Jacqueline and Clover are awesome! My Lily gets plenty of exercise and I know she is well taken care of during my in-office days. Jacqueline sends pictures and videos throughout the day so I can see how happy Lily is playing with Clover.
