Pet care experience
**ALL BREEDS WELCOME** I have been an animal lover since I was born! I grew up with a cat that was my best friend until the age of 7, when she unfortunately passed from kidney cancer. After that my family had a sheltie until I was 23. I am now the owner of 4 cats, that are all rescues. They all come from unique situations and are all different ages. My most recent addition came to me with feline herpes that caused severe URI’s and a skin condition. His herpes is now in remission and all other health problems have ceased! Times have been tough for everyone this past year, and I know pets are like children to many, so I’m here to help ease you and your pet back into normal life! Quality care doesn’t have to break your bank account! Financial struggles? Let’s chat! I’m happy to work with you on what your needs are, and finding the best care option that works for you, your pet and your wallet! I have experience with many breeds and ages of dogs from puppy to senior. Breeds include: Bernese Mountain dogs, Pointers, Pits and Pit mixes, labs, retrievers, small-medium breed mixes and more. I have also worked extensively with a rescue dog that came from an abusive situation and had a hard time trusting new people. I socialized with him for 3 months and earned his trust. I currently do Rover mostly full time! I have some weekly and daily clients I walk or visit on the day to day, and have open availability on weekends (unless I have multiple bookings). From the months of October to March I work as a choreographer to Spry middle school, and have rehearsals ranging from 3-5/6pm. My afternoon availability is limited during this time. I always prioritize my extended stays when I have them so your pets care never falls through the cracks! As a pet owner, I know how important it is to have someone look after my pets that is caring and vigilant. That it was I strive to bring to my clients and their pets! It is very important to me that the pets feel safe and loved, as well as their owners feeling at ease knowing their pet is in excellent hands! I truly love and care for each pet as if it were my own!
Reviews
We had Jacqueline stop in to take care of our 3 cats while we were away and she was right on time and gave them all the care they needed. We were so grateful to have someone dependable to count on while we were away and look forward to working with her again!
Jacqueline is the best!!!
Jacqueline did a fantastic job of taking care of my 3 furbabies Max, Aiva and Mango. She also took great pictures of them which I love. You can see through the pictures that they enjoyed her company, because played with them and they had smiles and wagging tails. I definitely recommend her highly. I enjoyed my vacation knowing my 3 dogs where cared for and stress free for me. Thank you Jacqueline.
Excellent dog sitter. Very attentive and always provides updates to clients on how one’s pet is doing for multiple day house-sitting sessions. 5/5 stars.

Information Jacqueline C. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful for me to let me know ahead of time any triggers your pet might have, as well as any commands you use with them. For example, if the dog jumps up to greet me, do you use “down” or “off.” Meeting new people can be overwhelming and/or exciting for dogs, so I want to be sure not to confuse them, by using commands they know.
A typical day
The best thing for dogs, in my opinion, is outdoor time/play! Daily exercise beyond just playing in the house, can really help curb negative behaviors, when they have their energy redirected to something positive! If there is a backyard I will take them outside and play (weather permitting) or take them on walks to get all their sniffs in! I also really strive to maintain whatever routine pets might have, to limit the disruption to their life!
