Pet care experience
Being a pet owner is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Growing up with 5 dogs and now having 2 of my own, I understand just how much these pups mean to a family. I’ve potty trained my littlest and have aided in senior care for my husky who has since passed. My family and friends have always entrusted me with their dogs and will ask questions about training techniques as I’ve attended several training classes with my dogs over the years. From walking dogs, to cleaning up accidents, or even lifting those who need it, I’ve seen and done it all when it comes to our fury family members.

Jacqueline is the best! It has been such a comfort knowing my dog is being well cared for whenever Jacqueline comes to pet sit. She updates me on how the visit went and I come home to a happy pup every time.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jacqueline and the love and care she provides for our dogs. She goes above and beyond to show them love and affection. Just what a pet needs when they are away from their "mom & dad."

I have a fenced backyard for my 2 dogs. One is very small so she is monitored when she is outside just to be on the safe side. Before I leave the house, I always make sure my kiddos have plenty of fresh water and toys to play with while I’m gone. When the weather is nice, I will let my biggest stay outside as long as he wants, always making sure he comes in for hydration. Both of my dogs are indoor dogs and are never left outside when I’m not home. Though I do not currently crate my dogs, I respect and understand those who do as it is a safe option for some dogs. I’m a very tidy person, so if any messes are made, they will be cleaned up immediately. If medication is required, I am able to administer when/if needed.

Before watching your dog, I’d like to know if they have any behavioral tendencies such as aggression toward humans or other animals. Knowing any health problems or concerns would be beneficial including any allergies they might have. It’s important for me to know the temperament of your dog so that I can make sure to respect his/her boundaries and keep them comfortable. If your dog is taking any medications and needs them at a scheduled time or even a feeding schedule, that is all helpful information I’d love to know.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on walks all around. Whether they want to take a long walk, play a game of fetch, or just need some love and attention, I’d love to just spend time helping make your dog happy! No matter the energy level or age of your dog, I’d love to give them love and attention while you’re away.
