I’ve had dogs within my family all of my life. I have owned two dogs before they sadly passed away of old age. I currently walk my friend’s dog and look after several dogs when my friends or my sister goes on holiday. I also walk another dog once a week.
Reviews
This was the first time leaving our dog with anyone other than family. Jacqueline arranged a pre visit so Archie could meet her and go into her home to familiarise himself with the environment and meet her whilst we were still present. Jacqueline reassured us with a couple of images whilst we were away, which was great. Archie, seemed his usual happy self when he was collected. We will definitely be asking Jacqueline if she could look after Archie for us again.

Jackie looked after my golden for two weeks. He can be mischievous/nervous, therefore I was slightly worried however, Jackie was amazing! She knew exactly what to do with him and was very understanding. We got regular updates and photos throughout his time with Jackie. It seemed as though he was having more of a holiday than myself!! I would highly recommend Jackie. I know I will be using Jackie’s service again very soon! Thank you Jackie!!

I have a fenced back garden so it is secure. I also have a large dining and living area if any dogs need to be within a crate. I have experience with crate training. I am also close to the local park and the canal where I often walk friends or relatives dogs. I am very active and enjoy walking so your dog will get plenty of exercise.

I can accommodate any special requests or provide any specific care. I can also ensure all needs are taken care of. Please let me know if your dog has any special comforts or specific treatment during the stay. For example, do they have any comfort toys/blankets? Where do they like to sleep? Do they like to chew? Do you provide them with treats? Are they comfortable on a lead? Also, what is their routine? This would ensure they have a home from home experience.
A typical day
I am very active so I will stimulate your pet by either playing with their toys with them or going on walks. I will also have the patio door constantly open for your pet to roam in and out at their leisure. I enjoy playing catch with dogs as well as using toys to stimulate their mind.

Availability
I only work term time so I have plenty of time in the school holidays to house dogs. I am free most weekends to either walk, play with or/and house dogs.
