Funny! As I sit here writing this I have 4 dogs in my lap. Two are mine and two my daughters. All were rescued. I have had a dog since I was in middle school. I got my own dog when I was in my 20 ’s. Tucker was his name. He went hiking and camping with me. I was a K9 handler for 10 years with the DeKalb County Police Department. 28 years 9 months total, but who’s counting. My first police Canine was a Belgium Malinois (Rysa)). We were certified in missing persons, narcotics and article searches. My second police K9 was a German Shepard (Luca) we were certified in all the above certifications. I had a partner with me at all times and I had the best job in the police department. I have watched several friends and family’s pets. I’ll watch your pets 6! My two dogs I have now are brothers and I have raised them since puppies. Rookie & Shane they are young and full of energy. I am retired and love to get outside.
