Pet care experience
I've been around animals since I was a baby, so I've got alot of compassion for pets, both mine and others. Their family, and they deserve to be treated as such. I've worked with goats and chickens as well, so I'm comfortable with getting dirty for the sake of your animals. I've also looked after senior dogs and given meds, cleaned up any messes that don't make it outside, and have separated pets if one is stressed or causing said stress.

To start Jacob will make sure he takes great care of your pet. He asked another of questions to make sure all your pets needs will be met while you are away. We received a photo of our dog every day and he looked happy. We had no worries while on our trip and we came back to a happy dog. Would recommend Jacob for pet sitting!!!
Jacob did a fantastic job. Very attentive. Asking every question possible to make sure that my dog was taken care of the best of his ability. I would definitely use him again.

While I'll certainly bring along things like my phone and computer, I've spent most nights of my life with my own, or other people's, pets sleeping on top of me. I prefer to leave little trace of my presence in your home, and will do my best to keep your home as you left it. I'm very affectionate with animals when they actively seek my attention, I'm not one to force a scared pet out of its hiding place so long as their still eating and drinking. Some of my pets were abused in the past and my family rescued them so I'm comfortable working with pets that simply don't want to be touched.

A typical day
Playing fetch and tug-of-war are my dogs favorite games. Our neighborhood has alot of dog owners, so people here (myself included) walk their dogs often in the mornings.

Availability
I'm working part-time, but my schedule at work is open everyday. My schedule usually pins me into weekdays and I'm guaranteed to be free after 3pm on weekends, but when I'm called in early I make sure my (and by extension your) pets are taken care of, even if that means I'm late for work. Family comes first. I tend to enjoy walking my dog's in the early morning or foggy days, as the cool air helps them and me not get tired out. As for cleanliness, I'm experienced in cleaning up after senior dogs as well as cleaning bowls daily. I've got alot of experience with dogs big and small, as well as cats, they've been with me all my life. In the event of my part-time job preventing me from keeping on track with things like feeding time, household chores, or medications I can call my employers and explain the situation, they've been very understanding in the past.
