Hi I’m Jacob, I’ve worked at professional kennels taking care of, and training dogs in behavior for 2 years. I’ve trimmed nails, brushed teeth, and given vaccinations as well as been trained and certified in animal first aid, and CPR. I’ve lived with pets my whole life; cats, dogs, tarantulas, fish, geckos, horses, cows, chickens, and even toads. If your dog likes hikes in the woods, or walks in the wild then look no further! I’ve gone on nature walks with my own dog Bizmark- (my best friend of 17 years) 5 days a week for an hour or more, and know all the perfect places to take them. If your dog has boundless energy they have met there match in me. I can give them hours of physical exercise, and mental exercise working on leash commands. And that’ll wear out even the most rambunctious Golden Retriever.

Jacob took EXCELLENT care of our dog Watson and our house( He helped with the garden). He made sure Watson went on Hikes , went with him to work ,made buddies with ducks and Jacobs dog Bismark . My dog was all smiles and extremely happy . Jacob is very pleasant and respectful young man . He's definitely on Watson's friends list and OURs we already have plan to engage him for future trips.
Jacob is incredible with animals! I’ve never seen a dog or cat he can’t soothe with just his calming presence. Incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and has enough stamina to wear out even the most energetic pup! Above all else, he takes care of animals exactly the way they need to be. No corners cut, no shortcuts, no skipping steps. I’d trust him with my pets any day, any week, any hour.

I have a big backyard, and live in the foothills of Pleasant Grove. That gives me access to hiking trails galore! There are also many walking trails for pups that prefer urban walks over nature hikes. I have 2 dogs- Bizmark a 16 year old Pit mix who’s gental,sweet, and always excited to meet new dogs. And I have Ollie- a playful Jack Russell who’s best friends tower over him, and who’s timid, but excited to play!

A typical day
During a typical day I like to exercise the physical needs of the dogs, by taking them on whatever excursion or play time best suites their age, and build. Long hikes I find are especially healthy. I also like to exercise their mental needs, by engaging with them in behavioral training, trick training, or simply giving them pets, and brushing them.

I own a private art studio CapriciousWhims. I have a shop in my house that I topically work from 5 days a week for 9-10 hour days. Since I work for myself my schedule is as flexible as I want, or need it to be.
