I’ve had dogs my whole life with varying temperaments and personalities, and have adopted a couple with special needs. I’d love to meet and hang out with your furry friends while you’re away!

I have a mini Australian Shepherd named Gus and he absolutely LOVES Jacob! Gus doesnt like many men, but he gets so excited every time he sees Jacob. Jacob is one of the few people I can trust to babysit my puppy when I'm out of town. I want my puppy to be happy and not miss me too much. Gus always has fun and comes home a happy! I would let Jacob watch my dog anytime!

I have one sweet young Husky who likes to make new friends. Its important to me to keep our friends comfortable as much as possible, so dogs are free to go in and out of the air conditioned/heated house via dog door to a fenced area of the yard, or remain inside at their leisure. Not all dogs are familiar with dog doors, so I will ensure plenty of opportunities for time inside and outside regardless. I have a large backyard for dogs to enjoy while I supervise. Of course, I am happy to accommodate whatever your dogs specific needs are.

If your dog has any destructive behaviors, or has trouble socializing with other people or dogs, let me know, and I'll see what I can do to best accommodate their needs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can facilitate that too, but you will need to supply a crate/kennel.
A typical day
I like taking dogs for walks around my 2 acre property, or around the neighborhood blocks surrounding. I typically take my own dog for 3 outings a day between morning runs and walks around the neighborhood...and the occasional drive thru trip for some nuggets :) Your pup will be treated like my own under my care, (of course, any dietary restrictions are respected).

I work 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs) and visit home during lunch breaks to let dogs out and go for walk, as I work very close to home. I am home or available all day Fridays and through the weekends.
