Pet care experience
I can accommodate the late nights, early mornings, or middle of the day walks that your pup needs. I've had dogs all my life -- typically two at a time. Currently I have one dog, Pegasus, that is sweet and loves other dogs. He can join the walk as a pack walk or if you dog is more comfortable solo, that is more than fine. If it's a pack walk and I'm heading to the dog park anyway, I'm happy to bring your dog along as well.

For daycare or boarding, I have a fenced in yard and a sweet and gentle 10 year old rescue named Pegasus. He is mostly a laid back couch potato, but he lights up when there's another dog around. As for walks, I'm happy to provide a robust walk through one of JP's green spaces, give plenty of ear scratches, refill water/food, give medications.

A typical day
Typically, I try to get dogs moving and leading the way. Charlottesville is full of great dog walking throughways and will always provide water and treats for you loved one as we scurry the neighborhoods. If your dog is a fetch addict, I'm happy to take your pup to one of the dog parks in town to get the ya-yas out. I have had fetch addict dogs in the past -- I get it! :)

Availability
When I'm not at work a few days a week, I'm free to dog sit or walk your dog. I'm an RN here in Boston and dog walk/sit on the side mostly for the joy of having a second dog in the house! I've always found it difficult to find care for my dog Pegasus that accommodates those long shifts. So I offer what I specialize in walking for the hospital crowd -- those of you all that work the long, odd hours. I get it.
