Pet care experience
I was the go to for dog sitting in my neighborhood growing up. I know how to communicate with pets and make them comfortable and happy. My family raised a litter of 9 yellow labs as a kid so I have ample experience with pets.

Jacob was great with our dog Teddy! We were nervous to leave him with someone new, but Jacob quickly put us at ease. He was responsive, sent us photos throughout the day, and went out of his way to make teddy (and us) feel comfortable. We highly recommend using Jacob!
Jacob is amazing with pets. He's very patient with pets and loves to play with them especially for exercise. His family has a blind, yellow lab (Nellie) and she loves Jacob. During her walks, Jacob is very alert so she doesn't bump trees or fire hydrants. I have complete confidence to Jacob's skills when taking care of pets.
Jacob is an extremely responsible & caring person. For many years he has been a neighborhood dog/cat sitter & has a great deal of experience with animals. He has taken car of our dog numerous times when we have been out of town. He is very attentive to our older dog's needs, as she is 10 years old & blind. I would highly recommend Jacob to be part of the Rover Team!

I have a 2 bedroom condo with a dogbed and pet bowls for food/water. I have an enclosed grass common area (500 sq ft) as well as a quiet neighborhood to walk pets.

Availability
I work full time mon-fri but have the flexibility to wfh 2 days a week. I can take as many breaks as needed those days to play and tend to pets. I don’t work on weekends so I am free and flexible then for Rover.
