Jacob did an amazing job taking care of Daisy. He gave us lots of updates and even included her in his family Christmas party! I highly recommend Jacob.

Writing this review and I'm sure it's not a surprise to Jacob. Boarded my dog for 3 nights with him and gave two specific instruction 1) I want lots of updates, 2) be careful what she eats because she has a sensitive stomach, only feed her the snacks and food I bring. Aside from the first update, Jacob did not send anymore updates unless I asked. Then, on the last day of our trip I was woken up at 6:45 am by a text from Jacob telling me that Mochi was sick to her stomach, had diarrhea and vomiting, and that she didn't want to eat the night before. We hurried up and left our trip early and rushed home because I was worried. Jacob was not consistent about how she was doing. **The one thing he did make sure to do was tell me he was going to charge me for having to clean after her.** Here I am, hours away, rushing home, worried sick and Jacob is hitting me up for more money. Half way home, he text again asking for a 20 minute heads up before I arrived. For what?? I'm upset that Jacob either gave her something to eat that he shouldn't have - or - neglected her and she ate something she shouldn't have. On top of that, he wanted me to pay for his cleaning supplies. Like, why wouldn't a dog sitter have cleaning supplies on hand?? He really had no explanation for us. My husband asked and asked and Jacob was no help. Mochi's home and doing much better but I would definitely caution anyone considering hiring Jacob.
