My wife and I fostered dogs for over two years before we adopted our own little guy, Chelo. He would love a playmate to chill with or play with during the day. If your dog has a lot of energy and needs long walks, some weekends my wife and I do trail walks of 10 to 15 kilometres or more. A typical dog day: If I am home for the day, the dogs will get extra time outside with me. If I am not home, my dog and your dog will be separated by a gate or a crate. This depends on your dogs training. In the evenings, when my wife gets home, we go for a 4-5km walk. When we get home Chelo loves to play after his walk so your dog would be able to have some social playtime as well. We then chill for the remainder of the evening and Chelo loves his naps.

Jake did foster dogs for 2 years. I know that it has been a very rewarding and learning experience for him, every dog is different and he has learned to understand the needs and wants and the way each dog reacts to people, other pets and different surroundings. Most importantly he spends the time with a dog who needs love, attention and to feel safe, then watching that dog move to a home that has been matched is very rewarding. Keep up the great work Jake!
Jacob is a very friendly and easy going guy. He has a nice apartment that is well looked after and safe for doggy overnight stays. He has a little mini poodle named Chelo that he adores. I have also seen him foster rescue dogs for various durations of time too. Fom chihuahua's to great danes, from very timid and low energy to high energy, Jacob is great with them all! He is very caring and playful with all dogs. Whether it's a short walk, a long walk or a run for the more athletic pups, he will look after them as if they were his own. I've seen Jake handle some situations where dogs are not getting along and he is calm and able to diffuse situations very well. Great doggy walker and sitter, you dog will be in great hands!

I also like to act like a doggy and roll around at home and play as if we are all doggies having fun together. Chelo loves it!
