Jacob recently cared for my two dogs when I was out of town on a work trip (drop in visits) and I would highly recommend him. In addition to being calm and patient, he is very detail oriented, having read my posted care instructions in advance of our meet and greet and asked questions to clarify. More importantly he was also very reliable, following all instructions, checking in via the app consistently at the agreed upon times throughout the week and documenting each visit with pictures. My experience with Jacob is one of the best that I've had through rover.com and will be using him in the future.

Jacob was very attentive to detail, receptive of my and Cobalt's needs, and performed the duties we had duscussed professionally. Cobalt was certainly happy to spend time with Jacob, and he was well cared for and entertained. Going forward, I'll rest easy when I place Cobalt in his care.
