Pet care experience
I’ve had 2-3 dogs at a time since I was born, ranging from small to large. I’ve had multiple Chihuahua mixes, a whippet, German shepherds, and lab mixes. We’ve also fostered multiple dogs that required more care like allergy medication and ointments. My grandma owns a boarding kennel and on multiple occasions I’ve helped her care for the dogs.

Jake has always loved pets. He is an only child and so his first dog was more of a "sibling" than a pet. Everywhere he went, his Jet was by his side. His grandmother has had a dog boarding business since Jake was very young and he loved helping her care for the dogs (and one pot-bellied pig!) Jake has an amazing love for all animals but especially dogs. He is very responsible and reliable and has had several dog sitting jobs over the years.
Jake dog sat for me for half a year, he came over every week day after school and let my pug outside, fed him, and played with him. He’s a wonderful caregiver and loves dogs.

My house has a large back yard and I let the dogs out every few hours or whenever they want to go out. I feed them one scoop of kibbles (called crunchies) twice a day. I play with Daizy and Bella constantly and let them sleep with me. And I always get them Christmas and Birthday presents.

Availability
I go to school at UAB durning the day, but at night I can pet sit starting around 7pm Monday-Thursday. If I’m not scheduled for work I can do some weekend stuff as well.
