Dear Rover, Dogs and people gravitate to this “gentle” man because they trust him and for good reason. I’ve watched the most reserved dogs run and sit at his feet at the beach as owners exclaim, “he never does this!” Jacob has this kind, gentle, likeable, personality and dogs sense this! He loves them and they love him! Jacob rescued a Labrador/Brittney mix from Northeast Animal shelter and I’ve never seen such a friendship/bond between a man and his dog. They literally knew what the other was thinking! Sadly, Jacob’s beloved Junior went to heaven this past June after battling debilitating back pain and leg paralysis. Junior was not just a dog to him, but a best friend. On the work ethic side, I’ve been very impressed with Jacob’s leadership on the basketball court with his team interactions as well as his high academic strengths in making the Dean’s list. If he makes a commitment, he arrives on time and stays late. In other words, I highly recommend Jacob to any dog owner and their fur babies!
