I have to say right up front that Jacob is my son. But that being said, let me tell you that any pet in the world could be so lucky as to have Jacob taking care of them. He has loved and cared for every pet he's ever had in life, including cats, one dog, turtles, snakes, lizards, injured bunnies and birds, and more - and that's not counting the occasional pet-sitting that took place in our home. There were many tears and funerals over the years, and he learned from very early on the value of compassion and caretaking.
