Jacob was punctual and kind during our meet and greet, and handled Tipsy well. He sent a couple light updates throughout my trip, which was helpful. Unfortunately, I came home to a mess on the floor with multiple ripped items, and my dog had a strange nervous energy around her. I had realized the night before coming home from a picture I received that Jacob was using a “choke collar” on her without me asking him to or even my permission. Even though she is a very high energy dog, as a rescue, she is sometimes overly fearful and I would never have used this technique with her. I was very frustrated and disappointed that I invested so much in a sitter with some poor impacts on my pup. Jacob definitely have tipsy long as Ali’s outside, which I really appreciate, but I don’t feel that he fulfilled my expectations as a sitter or walker.
