Jacob has been a wonderful, patient walker for my stubborn pooch. I highly recommend him.

Jacob kept my house really neat. 5 Stars. For dog I care I assume it went well. Reviewing my cameras on doors -I only have camaras on my doors and gates, my dogs were not walked as much as we agreed to. This could be because it was exceptionally rainy/windy/stormy while we were gone and it is an extraordinary amount of time to leave my dogs with a sitter -life happens. Luckily I had a back up neighbor and 2 to 3 Rover Now Dog walkers each day to help Jacob out so he only had to commit to 1 hour walk at night before bed each night. For this and playing with them giving their food 3 times a day / and tranquilizer as needed. I paid Jacob 100.00 a night -I told him I pay this much because I know my dogs are harder than many. Reviewing my camera footage showed a few night where they only got 20 or 30 minute walk from Jacob in a 24 hour period ( remember it could be the weather was miserable, and I have other walkers to help Jacob during the day) but he is always doing the evening walk before bed. I also gave Jacob 12 tranquilizers for my harder dog the GSD. I said give them to him absolutely the first 3 nights to make you life easier but only after 1 hour of total exercise (walk with some ball playing in yard) Jacob gave him all 12 tranquilizers and I guess that is ok-but my biggest issue is he gave them to him instead of giving Rigby that 1 hour a night walk/exercise that he really needs. Jacob kept saying he could take them for a walk after work too-but I said, that’s ok, I have on-demand Rovers at 8, 10 and 3 pm - just make sure you give them one big walk each night. Maybe 2 walks each night would have been better. (My dogs never get exercise beteeen 4 and 8 but they get 1 to 1.5 hours of walk each night.) One night Jacob had an emergency and the dogs did not get out with him - even around the block- for this situation I wish Jacob would have called my neighbor Steve who I gave him his number. Steve could have helped get the dogs out. Jacob and I talked about this and he said it was a already planned appointment he forgot about and could get out of and it wouldn’t happen again. In the end my dogs are fine and I would give Jacob 4.5 Stars for shortening the walks, and giving Rigby tranquilizers instead of trying longer walks, but because it was such a long sitting job and Jacob was 5 stars for most of the time and walked the dogs for the 1 hour we spoke of the first several days of our trip. This was a 11-12 day trip and we were out of the country.
