We can't say enough good things about Jacob and the excellent Rover experience our "Bear" had with him!!! We highly recommend Jacob and would definitely call on him again to pup-sit! Like many pet owners, we are nervous leaving our dog, but Jacob made us feel completely at ease and confident that our pup was in good hands. Jacob is punctual and responsible in every way and the care and attention he cheerfully provided was beyond our expectations: our huge Malamute is very athletic and active--Jacob took him on long runs every day! Working from home, Jacob is present to provide companionship and belly rubs in a loving, comfortable home-away-from-home. Thank you, Jacob, for being the ideal pup-sitter!! (We appreciate all the photo updates you sent...fun, fun, fun!) Rover is a great concept and Bear had a much happier time than he would have had caged at a kennel.

Jacob was incredibly flexible agreeing to watch Ranger last minute before the holiday and super friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I received multiple updates and photos throughout Ranger's stay and he came home super happy and tired from all the long walks and fun he had.
