Our big, lovable Labrador retriever Buddy can be quite the handful, but Jaclyn handled him with such grace, patience, and genuine affection that it put our minds at ease when it was time to leave him in her care. Not only did Jaclyn provide exceptional physical care for Buddy, ensuring he was well-fed, exercised, and comfortable, but she also went above and beyond in terms of companionship. Buddy wasn't just looked after; he was genuinely loved and treated like a member of her own family. Her communication was top-notch, sending us regular updates, photos, and even funny anecdotes about Buddy's antics while we were away. It was clear that she didn't just see this as a job but as an opportunity to form a bond with our furry family member. This was our first time boarding with Jaclyn and we’ve already booked our next stay! “Our boys” Archer, Cody and Ollie were treated like family, Archer can be weary of strangers but took to Jaclyn straight away and she even introduced them to her children and taught them how to act around our pets so that they all became very comfortable with each other and enjoyed lots of play time. Archer was treated to his favorite belly rubs and Cody and Ollie played fetch with the balls many times each day, their favorite pastime! They were all able to board in the same room as Cody loves to be with Archer. The kennel was spotless. Jaclyn was very accommodating with whatever was needed, feeds, exercise, stress situations for each dog. I think this a new business which is why there aren’t many reviews yet but we would thoroughly recommend, our dogs are family and we are very particular about where they board. We received lots of photographs during their stay and when we left they each received a goody bag, such a nice touch, thank you Jaclyn 💚
